Warm Front is a government-funded initiative and the scheme is managed by Eaga. It is dedicated to making homes warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient.

The scheme provides a package of insulation and heating improvements up to the value of £3,500 (or £6,000 where oil, low carbon or renewable technologies are recommended).

If you own your own home or rent from a private landlord you may be eligible for a grant under the Warm Front Scheme. Below is a brief outline of the scheme, to find out if you are eligible please go direct to the Warmfront site in Step 1 below. 

Stage 1 Qualification  
If you receive certain benefits you may be eligible for a Warm Front Grant.  Find out if you qualify.

Even if you don't qualify for the full Warm Front Grant, you will automatically qualify for the WARM FRONT £300 Heating rebate scheme. Again we can take care of all the paperwork for you and will even 'phone for you there and then should you prefer us to do this.

Stage 2 Installation 
You will be sent a letter and voucher/claim form. Householders qualifying for funding will only be permitted to use installers approved by Gas Safe, NICEIC or OFTEC and who are registered with Eaga for the £300 Heating Rebate Scheme, such as MK PowerFlushing.

Your letter and voucher/claim form will have a unique reference number, therefore photocopies will not be accepted. The voucher/claim form is valid for three months from the date shown on the letter. If the voucher is not used within this time, it is possible to reapply. 

You then agree a price and date with us to carry out the work.

Stage 3 Redemption
Once the installation has been completed and you are satisfied, we will provide you with an invoice for the works, showing a £300 deduction. You will then provide us with your signed voucher/claim form to enable us to claim the rebate...
