Guarantee
Before agreeing to power flush your central heating system, we will carry out a thorough inspection and provide written and visual evidence detailing the condition of your system.
We then provide you with a competitive fixed price based upon your system’s suitability and condition.
On completion of a power flush, you will receive a guarantee certificate detailing the inner cleanliness and condition of your system.
You will also benefit from a FREE two year guarantee against blockages for your system.
Throughout the process, we promise to treat your home with the utmost respect and leave everything as we found it. |

OPTIONAL but highly recommended, especially for those with sensitive condensing boilers…
We also offer a guarantee against blockages for five years if a Magnaclean filter is fitted at the time of your power flush, and you agree to our annual maintenance programme (£35 payable via annual direct debit for a further four years, for which an engineer will visit your home and empty/clean your filter).
NB If you move house, the guarantee does not pass to the new owners and no further payments will be due.
PLEASE NOTE
On rare occasions during a power flush a radiator may show evidence of a small leakage, due to a pre-existing problem, known as a pin-hole. Pin holes begin to leak because the flushing process dislodges the sludge that has been providing a ‘plug’, once the plug has gone, seepage ensues. If, during the flushing process, any of your radiators show evidence of pin hole leakage, we guarantee to fix the problem by replacing the faulty radiator/s same day, at 15% above trade price (usually this will still be less than you would pay at retail prices if you purchased the item/s yourself!)
